Article I — General Overview
§601. Definition.
Weapons and explosives crimes involve the unlawful possession, manufacture, use, or trafficking of firearms, ammunition, and explosive devices.
The objective of this chapter is to ensure safe regulation, prevent violence, and preserve public security.
§602. Scope.
All firearms and explosives within San Andreas must be registered, licensed, and transported in accordance with law.
§603. Classification.
Offenses are classified based on weapon type, context of use, and intent of possession.
Article II — Unlawful Possession and Use
S.A.R.P.C. §610 — Unlawful Possession of a Firearm (Class B Misdemeanor)
Possession of a firearm without valid permit or registration.
Penalty: 10–15 min jail, $1,500 fine.
S.A.R.P.C. §611 — Possession of Prohibited Weapon (Class B Felony)
Possession of weapon restricted by law, including machine guns, silencers, or explosives.
Penalty: 20–25 min jail, $3,500 fine.
S.A.R.P.C. §612 — Felon in Possession (Class A Felony)
Possession of firearm by an individual previously convicted of felony.
Penalty: 30–40 min jail, $5,000 fine.

Carrying concealed firearm without valid license.
Penalty: $1,500 fine.

Producing or assembling firearms or explosives without permit.
Penalty: 30–40 min jail, $5,000 fine.

Detonating explosive causing property damage or injury.

Manufacturing, assembling, or possessing bomb or similar device.
Penalty: 35–40 min jail, $5,000 fine.

Unauthorized possession of grenades, RPGs, or similar ordnance.
Penalty: 35–40 min jail, $5,000 fine.
